We want you to love your new space, so we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unopened paint tins and unused supplies. Please note that custom-mixed colors and peel-and-stick swatches are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your paint tins are unopened with the original security seal intact and that it has been less than 30 days since your delivery date.

• 2.
  Request a Label

  Contact our support team or visit our online returns portal to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the items back in their original COAT protective packaging to prevent leaks or damage during transit, ensuring the return form is included inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
